Cloud ERP Architect

Responsibilities:

Leveraging previous Oracle Cloud ERP experience, help the supply chain process owners design and architect optimized processes that are based on standard ERP features and functionalities.

Guide the process owners in identifying the right ERP solutions for their problems by developing for them options along with trade-offs analyses of pros and cons

Highlight for the Supply Chain leaders obstacles or risks that need to be pro-actively managed

Work with the process owners to ensure that the test scripts being developed cover all the scenarios that are critical for the supply chain to operate successfully

Work with the functional leaders to ensure that their teams are well trained and that the post go-live transition will be smooth

With a focus on simplification and a bias toward delivered functionality, lead design of operational processes and development of business requirements and user stories.

Collaborate with IT and functional team members, from Client’s and the system integrator, to define solutions

Ensure program milestones and objectives are met with expected quality.

Experience:

Extensive experience implementing Oracle Cloud ERP solutions for the supply chain

Deep process and systems knowledge and experience in the order fulfillment, inventory management, demand and supply planning, as well as service parts supply chain management

Excellent oral and written communication skills; including presentation skills.

Strong group facilitation skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.

Ability to thrive when tasks are unstructured, and the issues addressed are less defined requiring new perspectives and creative approaches.

Strong user of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Teams, Jira and Visio.

Education:

HSD or Equivalent experience
