**Job Description: Junior Functional Oracle COULD OTL Consultant**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated Junior Functional Oracle OTL (Oracle Time and Labor) Consultant to join our team on a contracting basis. As a vital member of our Oracle Applications team, you will assist in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Time and Labor modules for our clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Oracle CLOUD and contribute to impactful projects in a dynamic environment.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Implementation Support:** Collaborate with senior consultants to assist in the implementation of Oracle CLOUD Time and Labor (OTL) modules based on client requirements. Participate in gathering business requirements, configuring the system, and conducting testing.
2. **Configuration and Customization:** Configure Oracle CLOUD OTL modules according to business rules and processes. Assist in customizing workflows, approval processes, and integration points with other Oracle modules.
3. **User Support and Training:** Provide end-user support during and post-implementation phases. Assist in creating user manuals, training materials, and conducting training sessions to ensure effective adoption of Oracle CLOUD OTL functionality.
4. **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to Oracle OTL modules. Work closely with technical teams for complex problem resolution and system enhancements.
5. **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and system changes. Generate reports and metrics related to Oracle OTL functionality as required by project stakeholders.
6. **Best Practices and Compliance:** Adhere to Oracle’s best practices and industry standards in implementing and supporting Oracle Time and Labor solutions. Ensure compliance with client-specific policies and regulatory requirements.
**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
– **Experience:** Prior experience with Oracle CLOUD HCM modules, particularly Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of HR/payroll processes is advantageous.
– **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL queries, and basic understanding of Oracle Application Framework (OAF) is a plus.
– **Communication:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with clients, understand their requirements, and convey technical information clearly.
– **Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:** Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex issues, propose solutions, and drive issues to resolution.
– **Team Collaboration:** Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn from senior consultants and contribute to team goals.
– **Certifications:** Oracle certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud OTL Applications Certified Implementation Specialist) are beneficial but not required.
