Oracle Cloud SCM – Lead

The Oracle Cloud SCM – Lead is a role within the RCM Life Sciences organization. The Oracle Cloud SCM – Lead will be responsible for supporting implementation and upgrade projects around Oracle ERP (and related technologies) for RCM’s Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Healthcare Medical Device) clients.

Responsibilities:

Lead the system implementation and set up for Oracle ERP core SCM (DP, SP, INV, WMS, BOM etc.)
Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions around Supply Chain related topics and provide expert level guidance on Oracle best SCM/WMS practices
Collaborate with users to identify gaps, capture and map business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality, and development of solutions.
Configure Oracle ERP to meet Business Requirements
Lead configuration and business process walk through with the client
Serve as the lead Subject Matter Expert within the Oracle SCM/WMS functional areas
Perform Functional Testing, coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with client IT and business process leads.
Post-production support
Provide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business Requirements
Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers
Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Oracle Cloud SCM

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience as Oracle Functional consultant with 3-5 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud SCM projects and upgrades within the Life Sciences (Pharma/Biotech) industry.
Strong cross-functional experience and extensive domain knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM modules (Inventory Management, Cost Management, Procurement Management, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Information Management, Warehouse Management) and good understanding of supporting ERP Manufacturing & Quality Management Cloud modules
Experience with full software development life cycle (SDLC) requirements, map/gap, design, build, development, testing, training, cut-over and support of Oracle cloud applications.
Strong consulting experience and business analytical skills to gather and document business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, business process designs, managing conference room pilots (CRPs), perform functional configuration, and manage testing of Oracle Cloud solutions.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in an agile delivery environment and the ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
