Responsibilities Include:
- Functional lead for implementations of Oracle Cloud ERP Inventory and Asset Management
- Review current business requirements and their processes across multiple financial modules
- Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Demonstrate experience as a senior resource leading in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, functional configuration, testing, client user training.
- Collaborate with clients on business process enhancements
- Work independently and manage multiple task assignments within a structured implementation methodology
- Interact with senior management on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
- Assist in Interactive design workshop with the customer and create draft design documents.
- Provide solutions that fit the Oracle Cloud Process and the client business needs.
- Evaluate the configuration workbook and map design decisions to business process.
- Walk through Oracle Cloud data collection templates with the client team and illustrate the fit-gap of client data.
- Enhance the data collection templates as per the client’s business requirement.
- Conduct deep dive sessions with client and review their integration requirements and specifications.
- Use inputs from the Interactive design workshop and vendor discussions, design Oracle Cloud Technical specification document, Oracle Cloud Functional specification documents.
- Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
- Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise.
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
- 12+ years of work experience
- At least 5+ years of experience implementing a combination of Inventory* and Asset Management* Oracle Maintenance experience is a plus.
- Candidate should have minimum of 6 ~ 8 years of relevant experience of working in Oracle ERP Manufacturing and Maintenance Products
- Candidate should have minimum of 5 ~ 8 years of experience of working in Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud
- Should have at least 2 ~ 3 end to end implementation experience in Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud working through requirement analysis to go-live
- Should have knowledge of Manufacturing and Maintenance business process specific to at least one industry (example – Industrial Manufacturing, High Tech)
- Should have a good understanding of the Oracle ERP and Manufacturing and Maintenance architecture
- Should have a knowledge of common Manufacturing and Maintenance integration touchpoints in implementation scenarios.
- Should be familiar with all Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud modules and functionalities.
- Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget
Experienced as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle ERP Cloud projects.
