Job Description:
Functional lead/sr. consultant with 8+ years of experience
Extensive experience in implementing Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor in Oracle Cloud
At least 2 implementation projects experience in Oracle Cloud
Ability to lead requirement and design workshops, system and process design
Hands on experience with configuring and testing key business processes and HCM modules
Certification on HCM modules preferred
Responsibilities:
Understand the current state in detail and gaps through workshops
Review Ops process inventory & identified gaps
Perform gap analysis & to-be process design
Business process design and system design
System configuration for milestones
Support testing milestones and deployment
Lead key stakeholder engagement through execution
Co-ordinate with offshore teams as necessary
Oracle HCM Cloud
