I am also knowledgeable of multiple software packages, such as PeopleSoft, OCI, Oracle Fusion, and Workday.

My analytical skills are outstanding. I can solve complex problems, design and develop complex systems, enhance existing processes for better performance and maintainability, juggle multiple projects, and deliver in a timely manner.

I am also efficient in leading and managing a team of professionals. I like to build and bring out the best in every team member and deliver an outstanding product. I use Waterfall or Agile project management methodologies depending on which methodology works best for the project.
