Statement of Work (SOW) Terms

Introduction:

Welcome to the Oracle Cloud Downloadable Dashboards for Procurement pre-built solution.

This pre-built solution offers 4 downloadable dashboards encompassing over 25 analysis focused on making procurement transactional data easily visible.  All the dashboards have been created using a basic Oracle Cloud data analysis tool – Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence or OTBI.  All dashboards can be amended if or as needed.

Each dashboard has many analysis (aka queries or reports).  All analysis were then linked together using high-order “filters” and grouped on three different dashboard pages.  Lastly, all of the dashboard components were exported using Oracle’s standard OTBI export functionality.  The exported file is attached to this service and will be available for immediate download after payment has been completed.

Purpose Statement:

The PURPOSE of this pre-built solution as follows:

• To provide an all-inclusive price for pre-built dashboards.
• To allow procurement organizations to dramatically increase their transaction intelligence and visibility.

Scope of Work:

• Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
• OTBI Export and Import
• OTBI Analysis
• OTBI Dashboards (Pages, Filters, etc.)

• This pre-built solution has no LOCATION.

Tasks:

The TASKS for this pre-built solution are as follows:

1. Pay for the downloadable dashboards
2. Download the exported/attached OTBI file
3. Run the Import from with OTBI
4. Run the dashboards

NOTE: the service provider’s work has already been performed for this micro-service.  The remaining can be performed by the Service Buyer by importing the exported files into the Service Buyer’s DEV environment, testing them, and then promoting the imported files up through the organization’s migration path to PRD (the production environment/instance.  Any questions can be asked directly to the Service Provider through the messaging application.

Downloadable Product:

The DOWNLOADABLE PRODUCT for this pre-built solution is as follows:

1. PERFORMANCE & INVESTIGATION DASHBOARD
   1. Define the optimal method in which to create each transaction (aka leading or best practices).
   2. Note the number and percentage of transactions being created optimally.
   3. Allow for drill-back into all transactions for investigation.
2. PROCURE-TO-PAY DASHBOARD
   1. Measure Sourcing Performance (budgeted or requested – sourced line amount)
   2. Spend Under Management (spend on contract, repeatable percentage on contract, etc.)
   3. Round-Trip Procurement (percentage of automated orders, automated invoices, fully automated)
3. SUPPLIER REGISTRATION & QUALIFICATION DASHBOARD – the analytics in this dashboard do the following:
   1. Suppliers by Product & Service Code
   2. Suppliers by Qualification
   3. Suppliers by PCCH coding
   4. Suppliers by Business Relationship
   5. Suppliers Out of Compliance
   6. Sub-Consultants by Product & Service Code
   7. Sub-Consultants by Qualification
4. PROCUREMENT OPERATIONS DASHBOARD – the analytics in this dashboard do the following:
   1. Req Counts by Commodity/Category/Buyer/PCCH Coding
   2. Order Counts by Commodity/Category/Buyer/PCCH Coding
   3. Elapsed time for Requisitions by Request Type
   4. Elapsed Time for Orders by Style
   5. Purchase Agreements by Type

Milestones:

The MILESTONES for this pre-built solution are as follows:

1. This service has no milestones.

Deliverables:

The DELIVERABLES for this pre-built solution are as follows:

1. Four downloadable dashboards.

Schedule:

The SCHEDULE for this pre-built solution is as follows:

1. Service Buyer purchases the downloadable service on Panameer.
2. Service Buyer downloads the OTBI dashboards from Panameer.com.
3. Service Buyer imports dashboards and promotes them up through their migration path.
4. Service Buyer confirms completion of service
5. Service Buyer rates the downloadable dashboards.

Settlement:

The SETTLEMENT for this pre-built solution is as follows:

1. This service is paid in advance of the service being delivered.
2. To purchase this service, the service buyer must perform the following steps:
   • Click the BUY NOW button.
   • Set the quantity of enablements being purchased.
   • Pay using the Credit/Debit card option.
3. The Service Provider will receive a notification immediately.
4. The Service Buyer can then download the dashboards.

Assumption(s):
