Welcome to the Oracle Cloud Supplier & Sub-Consultant Onboarding Training service.

The Supplier/Sub-Consultant Onboarding team is responsible for registering and qualifying Oracle Cloud counterparties (suppliers, payees, contract counterparties, sub-consultants, etc.).  Additionally, they often facilitate the acceptance of non-financial and pre-purchase contracts like NDAs and MSAs.

 

In this service, you/your supplier onboarding team will learn how to:

  • Create suppliers online (profiles, addresses, sites, contacts, & qualifications)
  • Integrate the master service contract process into the supplier registration process
  • Register Suppliers (Prime Consultants) & Sub-Consultants
  • Automatically request supplier AND Sub-Consultant “core” qualifications
  • Request “extended” qualifications post-registration/pre-solicitation or sourcing event
  • Integrate SAM, Exiger, APIs with qualification areas
  • Facilitate auto-re-qualification with the above APIs

 

Ensure your supplier managers understand how to operate Oracle Cloud, but also how to use these applications to set up key pre-purchase contracts and supplier qualifications.  This service teaches best practice design to help your organization UNLOCK THE POWER OF ORACLE CLOUD’S SUPPLIER ONBOARDING APPLICATIONS.

The PURPOSE of this service is to:

  • Learn how to use Oracle Cloud’s supplier and sub-consultant management-specific functions and applications
  • Learn how to design your business processes to leverage the POWER of Oracle Cloud.
  • Learn how Oracle Cloud has built procurement industry best practices into their software.

The SCOPE AREAS of this service are as follows:

  • Oracle Cloud’s SUPPLIERS application & business processes
  • Oracle Cloud’s CONTRACTS application & business processes
  • Oracle Cloud’s SUPPLIER REGISTRATION application & business processes
  • Oracle Cloud’s SUPPLIER QUALIFICATIONS application & business processes
  • A supplier management DESIGN DISCUSSION

Location:

The LOCATION of this service is as follows:

  • REMOTE – all sessions will be broadcast via Teams to the service buyer/enterprise.

 

Tasks:

The TASKS per area for this service are as follows:

  1. SUPPLIERS
    • Create a supplier/prime consultant
    • Create a sub-consultant & link to the prime-consultant
  2. CONTRACTS
    • Create a Non-Disclosure Contract (For Prospective)
    • Create a Master Service Contract (For Spend Authorized Supplier/Sub-Consultant)
  3. SUPPLIER REGISTRATION
    • External registration with core qualifications w/ NDA & MSA (capture core quals)
    • Internal registration (for spend authorized supplier/sub-consultant)
  4. SUPPLIER QUALIFICATIONS
    • Launch a Supplier Initiative to solicit qualifications from new supplier/pre-solicitation
  5. DESIGN DISCUSSION
    • How and why to use Oracle Cloud to replace Cognibox
    • Managing, qualifying sub-consultants and linking them to the prime consultant
    • Auto-Re-Qualification
    • Interfacing APIs into qualifications areas
    • Integrating non-financial and pre-purchase contracts into the registration process

Deliverables:

The DELIVERABLES for this service are as follows:

  • The service provider will deliver a training “script”
  • The service buyer will confirm completion of this service (in Panameer) within 48 hours
  • The service buyer will rate the service provider (in Panameer) within 48 hours

Schedule:

The SCHEDULE for the SCOPE AREAS listed above are as follows:

  1. SESSION ONE
    • Walk thru the SUPPLIERS (60 minutes)
    • Walk thru the CONTRACTS (30 minutes)
    • Walk thru the SUPPLIER REGISTRATION (60 minutes)
    • Walk thru the SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION (30 minutes)
  2. BREAK – 60 minutes.
  3. SESSION TWO
    • Design Discussion (60 minutes).

 

Settlement Details:

The SETTLEMENT details for this service are as follows:

  1. This service is paid for in advance of being delivered.
  2. To purchase this service, the service buyer must perform the following steps:
    • Click the BUY NOW button.
    • Pay using the CREDIT/DEBIT CARD option.
  3. The service provider will receive a notification immediately.
  4. The service provider will message the service buyer for dates and times within 24 hours.
  5. Both parties will select a day/time within 48 hours of the purchase notification.
  6. The service provider will perform the training sessions.
  7. The service buyer will confirm & rate the service within 48 hours of completion.

 

Assumption(s):

The ASSUMPTIONS for this service are as follows:

  • All SCOPE AREAS are included in the price of this service as defined above.
  • The provider will configure an Oracle Cloud instance (in preparation for sessions).
  • The provider will create a script listing the steps/tasks to be executed.
  • The provider will pre-test the instance using the script.
  • The provider will provide the script to the service buyer (helpful for note-taking).
  • The provider will perform the session.
  • All sessions can be recorded by Panameer only.
  • All sessions require permission from Panameer’s management for rebroadcast.
  • All sessions are limited to Oracle Cloud delivered applications and functionality.
