Introduction:

Welcome to the Procurement Cloud Production Support (Per Month) service.

This enterprise service provides your operations team a low-cost support alternative.  It offers a very small monthly retainer ($95 pr hr @ 5 hours) with larger per hour fee should your organization run over the 5 hours per month ($129 pr hour).

 

Purpose:

The PURPOSE of this service is to:

  • Provide a low cost, on-demand support alternative for Procurement Cloud applications.
  • Provide a low cost resource to test functionality being delivered in up coming updates.
  • Train the procurement team on new functionality being released by Oracle.
  • Learn how to UNLOCK THE POWER OF ORACLE CLOUD

 

Scope Areas:

The SCOPE AREAS for this service are as follows:

  • The PURCHASE REQUISITIONS application
  • The SUPPLIERS (& Contacts) application
  • The SUPPLIER REGISTRATION application
  • The SUPPLIER QUALIFICATIONS application
  • The NEGOTIATIONS application
  • The CONTRACTS application
  • The TERMS LIBRARY application
  • The PURCHASE AGREEMENTS application
  • The CATALOGS application
  • The PURCHASE ORDERS application
  • The MY RECEIPTS application
  • The SUPPLIER PORTAL application
  • The DOCUSIGN application
  • The ORACLE BUSINESS NETWORK application

 

Location:

The LOCATION for this service is as follows:

  • REMOTE – all sessions will be broadcast via Teams to the service buyer/enterprise.

 

Tasks:

The TASKS per SCOPE AREA for this service are as follows:

  • Will receive access to the listing of SIRs/JIRA tickets.
  • Will confirm each issue.
  • Will resolve each issue.
  • Will request confirmation from the end-users.
  • Will note the resolution.

 

Milestones:

The MILESTONES for this service are as follows:

  • This service has NO milestones.

 

Deliverables:

The DELIVERABLES for this service are as follows:

  • The Service Provider will support for 10 hours a month on the retainer.
  • The Service Provider will provide additional hours at $95 per hour
  • The Service Provider will provide completed test scripts.

 

Schedule:

The SCHEDULE for this service is as follows:

  • The service provider will show up (week 1)
  • The service provider will work for three weeks
  • The service buyer will extend if desired to keep beyond the fourth week
  • The service provider will roll off on last day of the fourth week if not extended

 

Settlement Details:

The SETTLEMENT details for this service are as follows:

  1. This service is paid for in advance of being delivered.
  2. To purchase this service, the service buyer must perform the following steps:
    • Click the BUY NOW button.
    • Pay using the CREDIT/DEBIT CARD option.
  3. The service provider will receive a notification immediately.
  4. The service provider will message the service buyer for dates and times within 24 hours.
  5. Both parties will select a day/time within 48 hours of the purchase notification.
  6. The service provider will perform the training sessions.
  7. The service buyer will confirm & rate the service within 48 hours of completion.

 

Assumption(s):

The ASSUMPTIONS for this service are as follows:

  • All SCOPE AREAS are included in the price of this service as defined above.
  • The service buyer is responsible for communicating the schedule to suppliers
  • All sessions can be recorded by Panameer only.
  • All sessions cannot be rebroadcast without express written permission of Panameer’s management.
  • All documents and illustrations are the property of Panameer only
  • This service only covers Oracle Cloud Procurement Cloud delivered applications and functionality.
