Design, create, and implement analytical software for data management solutions for various clientele utilized to re-engineer processes and provide best in class data content to business units at their most optimal price points. Gather large volumes of transactional data to build deep dive reconciliations, create analytical systems, and provide senior level management with KPI dashboards, reconciliation, user consumption and frequency usage reports, and contract analysis reporting. Continually monitor progress and provide results to clients when cost reduction has been realized. Work alongside clientele to establish an execution plan of reducing and removing expenses and provide assistance during the execution. Re-engineer data flow processes where required; re-aligning sub-system activity to accurately reflect in the General Ledger for greater transparency.

Implemented global Expense Management/Operational Efficiency Systems organizational wide. Launched web-based Saves Tracking System utilized to track and monitor savings initiatives. Developed program to map transactions from over 140 General Ledgers into summary reporting environment with ability to run detailed variance reports. Created workflow capability, allowing managers to take direct action to reduce expense consumption and monitor reductions from request to execution.

Tasked with launching the Requisition to Retirement program for goods and services. Implemented program across New York, London, Tokyo, Mumbai, and Continental Europe, requiring supervision of over 200 participants across the project lifecycle. Adhered to budget and completed project prior to deadline.
