Here's How It Works

From a job description to a signed work order — on one contract, with no employment risk.

  1. Create Work Request

Step 1 - Create Work Request

Paste a job description and the AIP drafts the request for you — title, dates, budget and location — or answer seven short questions instead.

    Draft Work RequestDraft
Paste your JDFastestPaste it in and we’ll draft the Work Request from what it says.

    Filled from your JD

Skills are read too — held until you pick a role and domain to check them against.

  2. Accept Proposal

    Step 2 - Accept Proposal

Experts respond with a price, either bid against your request or offered from a published rate, and you accept one.

  3. Release Work Order

Step 3 - Release Work Order

The accepted price becomes the work order — the single agreement every timesheet, deliverable and payment is measured against.

  4. Approve Settlement Request

Step 4 - Approve Settlement Request

Work is claimed against that order on one of three bases — hours on a timesheet, a delivered milestone, or a recurring SOW — and you approve it.

  5. Pay Panameer

    Step 5 - Pay Panameer

An approved request becomes one invoice from Panameer, whoever did the work and however many of them there were.
